Bookt is a booking and discovery platform for local studios: yoga, pilates, dance, ceramics, music, martial arts. Customers find a class and book it in a few taps. Studios run their timetable, bookings, payments and team from one workspace, and post news to the people around them.

  • My bookingsUpcoming, past and cancelled, as a list, a week or a month. Cancel in time, or see that it will count as late.
  • A fair waitlistWhen a place frees up in a full class, everyone waiting is emailed, and the first to take it gets it. If their payment fails, the place reopens to everyone.
  • Pay online or at the studioBy card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact or iDEAL, as the studio allows. If a payment doesn't go through, the place is kept 30 minutes to pay again. Cancel in time and the refund is automatic.
  • Reminders in your languageA confirmation when you book and a reminder before the class, in English, Dutch, French or Greek.
  • Reviews with a public usernameOnly after a class you took, under a name you choose. Studios can reply, and report what breaks the rules.
  • Your data, your choiceShare your email, phone and address with studios or not, change your address, delete your account.

Payments, straight to you

Connect your own Stripe account from Settings to take payments online. Until you do, customers pay at the studio.

  • Paid when they bookThe money goes straight into your Stripe account. Bookt never holds it.
  • Refunds handledCancelling in time refunds automatically. You choose what a late cancellation refunds.
  • Receipts, VAT and invoicesA receipt for every payment, your VAT rate per class if you need it, and an invoice when a customer asks.
